Originally from Vancouver, where he began his acting career on stage with The Vancouver Shakespeare Festival, and The Vancouver Playhouse among others, Bruce moved to Montreal to attend the prestigious National Theatre School of Canada. Upon graduating and thoroughly in love with Montreal he set about making it his home.
